Refund & Return Policy
At WellnessMeals, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to ensure that all our products and services meet the highest quality standards. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Perishable Items (Meals)
Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our healthy meals, we cannot accept returns once they have been delivered.
If you receive an incorrect order or your meal arrives in poor condition, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with pictures for verification.
In case of a valid claim, we may offer a replacement meal or credit towards your next order.
2. Herbal Supplements (Shilajit & Others)
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with will not be eligible for a return.
Customers must provide proof of purchase.
3. Fitness Accessories
You can return fitness accessories within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging.
Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts will not be accepted.
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be issued after inspection and approval of returned items.
The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.
5. Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
In case of an incorrect or defective item, WellnessMeals will cover the return shipping cost.

7. Exceptions
Sale items or products purchased during promotions are non-refundable unless faulty.
Custom meal plans are non-refundable once prepared.
